We begin by hand-kneading premium clay to sculpt the fengshui design—each curve, groove and symbolic detail shaped by master craftsmen. The clay mold is air-dried slowly to avoid cracks, forming a flawless base. Next, liquid wax is poured into the mold, filling every tiny crevice. Once solidified, the wax pattern is extracted, then inspected under magnifiers and refined to erase even 0.1mm imperfections, ensuring crisp fengshui symbols and seamless crystal-brass junctions.

The wax pattern is coated in multiple layers of high-temperature-resistant ceramic investment, dried to form an airtight shell. Heated in a kiln, the wax melts and drains, leaving a hollow cavity matching the pattern. Molten brass (1,100°C) is carefully poured in, then slowly cooled to avoid bubbles.

After cooling, the mold is broken to reveal the raw brass. Excess metal is removed before premium crystals—selected for clarity and fengshui properties—are custom-fitted. Finally, 3 rounds of polishing: abrasive smoothing, fine buffing for brass luster, and hand-polishing for crystal glow.
